The attitude of gratitude means focusing on and appreciating the good in life, even during tough times. It’s about acknowledging your blessings, big or small, and showing thankfulness.

At times it can be quite challenging to identify aspects of your life for which you feel gratitude when circumstances appear to be unfavorable.
